Can you tell us why you would not like to continue using InTouchApp? If you are facing any problems, let us know and we will work with you to resolve it.


To delete your account, please do the following:

- Ensure you are logged out of InTouchApp on all devices you had connected to InTouch. If you do not do this, you may lose contacts and we will not be able to help you.


- Send us confirmation via your registered email at support@intouchapp.com that you are logged out and that you want to delete your account with us, along with your InTouchID (username). Your email has to match your account's registered email.
