Is InTouchApp asking for a password on Blackberry/iPhone/Android?
On the iPhone and Android, there are no passwords!
You simply log in by your phone number via a one-time password that is sent to you via text SMS.
If you have the correct app installed, the password should only be asked on the Blackberry. You can reset to a new password at https://www.intouchapp.com/user/password/reset/
