Yes, it is possible to use the InTouchApp Extension across multiple devices and multiple WhatsApp numbers.

Simply install InTouchApp on your multiple phones & login with same InTouchApp registered phone number.
Make sure all InTouchApp extension are logged in with the above InTouchApp registered phone number.
Different mobile devices has different WhatsApp installed on it. WhatsApp number can be different from InTouchApp registered number, but on device where WhatsApp is installed on mobile phone, InTouchApp also needs to be installed and logged in.
Start saving numbers from different WhatsApp accounts.

Important Note: Do note if you are using multiple WhatsApp account, all contacts will be saved in same InTouchApp account and will be seen on all mobile phones & WhatsApp accounts.
