If the Email ID you have entered is not registered with InTouchApp, it will show the message We couldn't find any account with this email when you request for verification link.


If Email ID is registered, follow the steps below:


Step 1: Enter your email ID and Click on Continue.


Step 2: Select Get verification link to login to receive link on your registered email ID.


Step 3: Click on the verification link (valid for 10 minutes) received in your Inbox. (Please check 'Spam' or other folders for verification link if you don’t find it in inbox)



Step 4: Select Yes, Log me in and click on the InTouchApp Extension to check (It will refresh the page automatically and you will be successfully logged-in).
