You can check your Credit/Add New Contacts Balance from WhatsApp Web and InTouch Extension both.
Before you proceed, you need InTouchApp installed on your phone & InTouchApp Extension installed on Chrome or Firefox. Learn more.
How to Check Credit Balance on WhatsApp Web:
Step 1 - Open web.whatsapp.com in the browser and Scan the QR code by using WhatsApp on phone.
Step 2 - Click on the red + icon, you will see the Credit Balance.
Step 3 - To view the detailed breakdown of the credits, click on Credit Balance, and you will be re-directed to account page. There, you will see the Monthly credits + Additional credits.
How to Check Credit Balance from InTouch Extension:
Step 1 - Click on the InTouch Extension located on the top right corner of the address (URL) bar.
Step 2 - Click on Settings
icon at the bottom right corner.
Step 3 - Select BUY CREDITS.
Step 4 - You will be re-directed to account page where you would see the Monthly credits + Additional credits.
