InTouchApp Support

STEP 1:

Please turn Autostart ON
- Go to Phone settings -> More settings -> Applications -> Autostart -> InTouchApp -> Turn on.

STEP 2:
Enable app in High background power consumption mode
- Go to Phone settings -> Battery -> High background power consumption -> InTouchApp -> Turn on.

STEP 3:
Restart your phone by long pressing the power button
