STEP 1:

Please turn on notifications
- Go to Phone settings -> Notifications -> InTouchApp -> Turn on notifications -> Under categories, General -> Turn on

STEP 2:
Set priority to URGENT
Under categories -> tap on General -> Importance -> Urgent
