If you see contacts inside InTouchApp on your phone and you don't see them inside the default Contacts app, then they might be archived.
Contacts get archived when you delete any contact from your default contact book, we mark them as archive so the contacts are not lost.
In order to unarchive contacts, please follow the steps given below:
Step 1 - Open InTouchApp on your phone.
Step 2 - Go to the Contacts tab & select All contacts.
Step 3 - From the drop-down list, select Archived contacts. Here, you will see the list of all archived contacts.
Step 4 - On the top right corner, click on the overflow (three-dotted) menu. You will see multiple options to unarchive contacts. Select the one as per your requirement and you are good to go.
