In order to delete the device, please follow the steps given below on the browser.
Step 1: Log in to contacts.intouchapp.com.
Step 2: On the upper right corner of the screen, beside the profile picture, click on the down arrow.
Step 3: Select Connected devices, you would see the list of connected devices for your account.
Step 4: Click on the icon beside the name of the device, you would see the option to delete the device.
Please be sure, that you remove the devices that you are not currently using.
On the Basic plan, you can only delete your device after 365 days of login. To delete them instantly, please upgrade to our paid plans.
