Contacts saved from InTouchApp Extension by default are saved by the name WhatsApp Web 0001, WhatsApp Web 0002, etc. You can choose to save the contacts with any custom prefix of your choice as well, click here.
How to view newly saved Contacts from Whatsapp Web in my Phone?
Step 1 -
Option 1 - Open InTouchApp > Go to Contacts
Tab > Sort
> Select Time Added. You will find the latest contacts added on top.
Option 2 - Open InTouchApp > Go to Contacts Tab > Search for WhatsApp Web (or the custom prefix used by you while saving the contacts) and you will see all the contacts added.
Step 2 - Open WhatsApp on your phone and search for the contact, you would be able to see.
Note: For iPhone/ Samsung users, once you save the contacts from the extension please remove WhatsApp on the mobile phone from background and re-open WhatsApp app. The saved contacts will be reflected on WhatsApp Web only after re-opening the WhatsApp app on iPhone/ Samsung phone.
If (1) and (2) are successful, then you will see the Number on WhatsApp Web as well.

How to view newly saved Contacts from Whatsapp Web online?
Step 1 - Login to contacts.intouchapp.com
Step 2 - Click on All contacts > Slide down and choose Added from WhatsApp Web. You will see all the contacts here that you have saved from WhatsApp Web.
Step 3 - Click on Sort contacts icon (beside the search bar) to view contacts by First name, last name, Organization, Time added, Time Modified.
Step 4 - Select Sort by Time added and you will see all the contacts added.
