How to Buy extra-credits to continue saving unknown contacts?

Step 1 - Open web.whatsapp.com in the browser and Scan the QR code by using WhatsApp on phone.

Step 2 - Click on the red + icon > Buy More Credits.

Step 3 - You will see the option to BUY ADDITIONAL CREDITS. Select the number of credits by moving the slider and then go ahead to Pay.
