While working in a team, almost all of the team members might get frustrated by sharing a list of business cards with each other. We have got the solution that would help a team manage lots of business cards at a single place.
Before you proceed, you need InTouchApp/Spaces installed on your phone.
How to manage business cards in a team/group?
Step 1 - Open the Space in which you want to manage shared business cards OR you can create a new one.
Step 2 - Go to Business Cards tab > Select Scan business card
Step 3 - Scan the business card making sure that the business card fits in the given area.
Step 4 - You can view the preview and make sure that the card was properly scanned. You can choose if you want to convert the card to contact & Send my contact to this person.
Step 5 - The business card is saved. You can directly navigate to all the scanned business card by clicking on 'Take me there' or continue scanning another card by clicking on 'Got it'.
Step 6 - The card would get converted shortly and would be saved as contact below the scanned business card.
