A missed call is an easy and powerful way to generate leads or perform certain tasks. InTouchApp automation enables you to capture leads, send messages, etc., by simply asking people to give a missed call on a given number.
To get started, request a missed call number by emailing us at support@intouchapp.com or message us at intouchapp.com/vickyitasupport. Missed call number is available in India only at this moment.
Once you have the missed call number, follow these steps to setup automation:
Step 1 - Login to your account on PC browser here: https://contacts.intouchapp.com/
Step 2 - Navigate to the Automation tab (as shown below)
Step 3 - Select the trigger When a caller performs "Missed call on <number>", and choose what you would like to do in response. You can send an SMS, assign the contact to a list, etc. (as shown below):
