To send a contact update request form to the contacts, follow the below steps:
Step 1 - Login to your account on PC browser from here: https://contacts.intouchapp.com/
Step 2 - Navigate to the top right corner of the screen and choose Message with Form from New message.
Step 3 - Choose Contact Update Request Form.
Step 4 - You will see a pre-composed message. You can change the message as per your need and send it to your contacts.
