Before you proceed, you need InTouchApp installed on your phone.
How to save unknown incoming call numbers on the Mobile app?
Step 1 - Open InTouchApp on your phone.
Step 2 - Navigate to Calls Tab at the bottom bar.
Step 3 - Click on the downward-facing arrow beside the Calls, you will see all the unknown incoming call numbers.
Step 4 - Click on Save button
Step 5 - You will see all the unknown numbers, choose the ones that you want to save to your Phone book, click on the Save button at the right bottom of the screen. The numbers will be saved as Caller 000001, Caller 000002, etc.
