We would recommend you to install InTouchApp in the Internal memory of your mobile device.
If you have the app installed on SD card and you reboot your mobile phone, all the apps that has been installed in SD card are treated as 'Un-install', since it's a removable media. Resulting, in your account, gets automatically removed from the mobile device.
To avoid the situation, install the app on your mobile's internal memory.
