Before you proceed, you need InTouchApp installed on your phone.
To Unspam the number, please follow the below steps:
Step 1 - Search for the contact named Spam and open the contact
Step 2 - You will list of all the number marked as Spam, click on the three-lined overflow icon at top right corner of the screen
Step 3 - Select Edit contact
Step 4 - Remove/delete the contact that you want to unspam
Step 5 - Click on right-tick at the top right corner to save
